Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting our HVAC field teams by managing inventory, preparing job materials, and keeping the warehouse clean and efficient. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is detail-oriented, and wants to be part of a team that values reliability and hard work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, organize, and stock HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.

• Pull and prepare materials for daily job installations and service calls.

• Track and maintain inventory levels using company systems.

• Assist with loading and unloading company vehicles.

• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.

• Coordinate with field techs and office staff for timely job preparation.

• Perform occasional local deliveries or pickups as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred (HVAC industry a plus).

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Forklift experience/certification is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
