Oceanside Services is a trusted residential service provider in Allenhurst, NJ specializing in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical solutions. We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This role combines technical expertise with strong sales ability, helping homeowners make informed decisions about their HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Recommend and sell system replacements, upgrades, and maintenance plans.
- Provide clear, honest communication with homeowners about system performance and options.
- Collaborate with dispatch and sales teams to ensure efficient scheduling and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate service and sales documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to upsell or close service-related sales.
- EPA Certification required; NATE Certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, 21 + years old.
