IAQ Technician/ Duct Cleaning Helper

Oceanside Services is a trusted residential home services company providing HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical. During our busy summer season, we are seeking dependable and hardworking Seasonal IAQ Technicians / Duct Cleaners to support our team from May through August.

Position Overview

The Seasonal IAQ Technician / Duct Cleaner assists with residential air duct cleaning and indoor air quality services. This role focuses on improving air quality for homeowners while providing professional, courteous service in customers’ homes.

This is a temporary, full‑time seasonal position running through the peak summer months.

Qualifications

Preferred but not required:

• Previous duct cleaning, HVAC, or home services experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas
• Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work throughout the day

Training will be provided for the right candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and perform residential air duct cleaning services
• Set up and operate duct cleaning and IAQ equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at job sites
• Educate customers on basic IAQ services when needed
• Protect customer property and follow safety protocols
• Accurately document work performed
• Support the team during high‑volume summer demand
