HVAC Field Supervisor
Oceanside Services is seeking a strong, experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to lead, support, and elevate our residential HVAC operations. What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support residential HVAC service and installation technicians in the field
- Conduct ride‑alongs, jobsite visits, and performance evaluations
- Ensure work meets code requirements, manufacturer specifications, and Oceanside Services’ quality standards
- Provide real‑time coaching, technical guidance, and troubleshooting support
- Address callbacks, escalations, and customer concerns with a solutions‑focused mindset
- Reinforce safety practices, proper procedures, and professional conduct
- Coordinate with dispatch, management, and leadership to optimize workflow and productivity
- Assist with onboarding, training, and development of new technicians
- Lead by example—technically, professionally, and culturally
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of residential HVAC experience, including leadership or lead‑tech responsibilities
- Strong technical background in gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and controls
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and hold technicians accountable
- Solid understanding of diagnostics, airflow, electrical systems, refrigeration, and combustion
- EPA certification required (NATE preferred)
- Strong organizational and decision‑making skills
- Clear, professional communicator—calm under pressure
- Customer‑first mindset with high emotional intelligence
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
