As we grow, we’re looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in their work, leads with integrity, and delivers exceptional home comfort solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Lead residential HVAC installation projects including:
- Air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and IAQ products
- Supervise, mentor, and train installation helpers on best practices and safety
- Perform system start‑ups, testing, and commissioning to ensure optimal performance
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the install
- Ensure all work meets local code requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and service teams to keep projects running smoothly
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Proven leadership ability with experience training and mentoring helpers
- EPA Certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC installation best practices and system diagnostics
- Ability to read and interpret installation manuals and schematics
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
- A positive attitude, high integrity, and pride in quality workmanship
