Oceanside Services is a growing residential Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical company committed to providing exceptional service to homeowners. We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Weekend Dispatcher to support our service team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This is a part-time position working weekends, with the opportunity to work from home following the completion of training.
Schedule
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Part-Time Position
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently
- Communicate with technicians throughout the day regarding schedules and customer needs
- Manage emergency calls and prioritize service requests
- Update customer information and job notes in company software
- Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive customer experience
- Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous dispatching, customer service, call center, or scheduling experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with computers, scheduling software, and multiple screens
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry experience is a plus
